Robert Wilson, one of the most significant men of our time in theater and visual arts, made his debut in Spoleto in 1974 with A letter for Queen Victoria.
In 2008 he was back to Spoleto for a special performance marking the most important steps of his career.
This year he offers the Festival’s audience a personal staging of Happy Days with Adriani Asti, and a version of Krapp’s Last Tape, a worldwide première, where he offers us the unique opportunity to see him on stage.
“I always felt a certain affinity with Beckett’s world. In a certain way, I’ve always felt him close to my style but only now, after thirty-five years, have I decided to accept the challenge and face him.” Robert Wilson
