Tickets for disabled and escort:
Free tickets for disabled and discount tickets for escorts can be purchased exclusively through Info Line +39.0743.77.64.44 until seats are available. Seat availability varies according to legal capacity of venue.
 
Ticket Collection:
Tickets can be collected at the box office of specific venues on the same evening of the performance at least an hour before the performance begins, upon presentation of an ID and/or receipt of the money transfer or wire.
If payment is made through credit card and the holder cannot collect the tickets personally, a delegation letter of the credit card holder is necessary.
 
Info on Tickets:
Issued tickets cannot be annulled or refunded. Tickets are valid only for the performance indicated on the ticket. In case the ticket should not be used, it cannot be substituted with other tickets for a different date or performance.
Issued tickets are refunded only if the performance is annulled before its beginning. In case the performance is suspended during the show, no refund can be requested.
In case of rain, performances are never cancelled before show time. The Foundation Festival dei due Mondi has the right to postpone the beginning of the performance up to 90 minutes after the show time. It can also modify program, dates, and time in case of technical problems or due to circumstances beyond control. If possible, according to the program, the purchaser can change the ticket with a discount ticket for another performance the day after. Otherwise, a refund must be requested within 5 days from the annulled performance according to the procedures indicated at the main Box Office in Piazza della Libertà, 10 – Spoleto.

 

Entrance at venues:
Each spectator must provide a ticket and show it to the venue staff upon request. Spectators must occupy their assigned place and behave correctly during performances.
Once performances have begun, entrance is inadmissible, expect for specifically requested performances.
Latecomers can enter the venue upon indication of the staff during the break and settle for available seats.
The audience is informed that some performances can be filmed by live television.

 

Rules inside theaters:
For any request or matter, the audience can solicit the venue staff.
Objects found must be consigned to venue staff. For lost objects ask the staff.
Bottles, glass objects and any other object that can be dangerous for anyone shall not be allowed inside venues.
For security reasons, the staff is authorized to seize any type of objects not admitted inside venues.
Photograph shooting and any type of video and/or audio filming is forbidden.
Mobiles must be switched off before the beginning of performances.
Animals are not allowed inside venues.
Smoking is severely forbidden inside venues.
