Daniel Harding is one of the most brilliant conductors of the new generation. He is the Principal Guest Conductor of the London Symphony Orchestra, Musical Director of the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra and Chief Conductor of the Mahler Chamber Orchestra. Previously, he had been Chief Conductor of the Trondheim Symphony of Norway (1997–2000), Main Guest Conductor of Sweden’s Norrköping Symphony (1997–2003) and Chief Conductor of the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen (1997–2003). Hosted at some of the most important European orchestras, he worked in the US with the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the Symphonic Orchestras of Chicago, Atlanta, Baltimore, Houston and Toronto. |
