Promotions and Discounts:
Promotional fee:  20% discount; 10% discount on closing concert for who purchases tickets within May 31st, 2008 at all ticket venues.
Residents of Spoleto:  30% discount;  20% discount on closing concert.
N°1 concession per performance – obligatory ID to be presented at purchase only at the festival box office.
Under 25/Over 60: 20% discount; 10% discount on closing concert.

Ticket Collection:
Tickets can be collected from the venue also on the same evening of the performance, at least an hour before the performance begins, upon presentation of an ID and/or receipt of the money transfer or wire.
If the payment is made through credit card and the holder cannot collect the tickets personally, a delegation letter of the credit card holder is necessary.
