For the second edition of European Young Theatre, this year again, more than 50 young actors and directors form Europe’s major Drama Schools, (Budapest, Krakow, Glasgow, Madrid, Munich, Paris, Warsaw, Vilnius , Saint Petersburg, Strasburg ) will be present, as guests of the Accademia Nazionale d’Arte Drammatica "Silvio d’Amico", at the Teatrino delle 6 in Spoleto for a great event devoted to the new creativity: performances and workshops, proposed and realized in perfect autonomy by the protagonists of the theatre of tomorrow. Every day will be devoted to one of these Drama Schools, which will present its own production as part of a Competition which will award, at the end of the Festival, the most worthy productions.
On the 11th of July, to celebrate the end of the Festival, the young European actors involved will engage in a marathon of One-man shows, presenting monologues and devised pieces.
Furthermore, as an occasion for shared experience with the town of Spoleto, the students from the Accademia "Silvio d’Amico" and their European colleagues will animate by surprise the streets of the town with various open air performances.
