Why invest in culture? Because investing in culture means investing in the future. Because culture is a value that belongs to our history. Because culture is historical and artistic heritage; it is landscape, it is performance; but it is
also knowledge, science and philosophy, creativity and competence.
Enhancing and safeguarding culture means above all promoting the social and civil development of the country.
Investments in favor of culture represent a driving force for the revival of individual and collective growth in our communities. But they also represent a strategic engine of economic development which can be pivotal for the prospects of our country.
Culture, therefore, as an instrument for an effective strategy that restores hope for a future and a better quality of life to people, and especially to the younger generation.
In this context, the reasons for this meeting whose aim is to investigate on what grounds motivation can justify investment in culture from different points of view.
