the survivors always in trouble. Why does the Justice keep speaking that strange meaningless language?
We meet under the Tower, prison guard barracks, darkness is surrounding the prison, city noises (horns, sirens and voices, as through an open window above a busy street)… it is May 2nd, 1980…there are some blueprints, the plans for the jail,…men’s cries… plastic bands so tight our wrists have turned purple…

crimes…scenes of an extortion… of an armed robbery, a murder…we pass through corridors transformed into a gallery of criminal memories… crimes animate the walls… from the gates, motionless men look at us, show their hands, plea for mercy…we brush past the legs of others, they are sitting on high stools…their backs naked and curved in the neon light… eyes lowered… they raise their heads slightly, repeating a litany over and over … "it wasn’t me, it wasn’t me … I don’t know anything… I’m not talking", someone cries, someone swears … men carry other men, get into and out of a folding bed constantly loaded and unloaded with bodies…. bundles and bundles of folders… paper, paper, paper… a tall woman appears… beautiful, luminous… like a Madonna … the years go by 2001,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14… 15 16 17 18… the TV news and talk shows speak about it a lot at the beginning of July 2019, the Ministry of Justice issues public notices for the reutilization of jails as schools, performance centers or old people’s homes… it’s 2025… in the News there are some prisoners’ children … to be continued…
