| Air France "Cultura oltre i Confini" PRIZE to ALESSANDRA FERRI Air France, partner of the Festival dei 2Mondi, this year decided to establish the "Cultura oltre i Confini" prize. The award is given to the work or the artist who best embodies the concept of cross-disciplinary and international culture and art. This year Air France will assign the award to Alessandra Ferri, excellent expression of the magic and the international language of dance and since 2008 curator of the dance program of the Festival. | During her long career, the Italian étoile has performed on stage and dance companies from around the world, from London´s Royal Ballet at the Paris Opera, passing, among the many theaters, to St. Petersburg, Milan, New York, Moscow, Toronto, Buenos Aires, Havana, Hamburg and Sydney, and helping to overcome, through dance, cultural boundaries. |
