The mother, Carla Erba, heir to the pharmaceutical dynasty, with a degree in piano and friend of the greatest musicians of the era - from Verdi to Puccini, from Mascagni to Toscanini - and his father, Giuseppe Visconti di Modrone, a lover of the drama theater and the opera, will greatly affect the passions of the young Luchino. | Tickets: unreserved seat €5 After a pause which lasted eight years, when Visconti devoted himself to training race horses, the main theme of the great Maestro′s work was the great composers′ music - Bruckner, Franz, Mahler, Wagner and others. He directed no less than 83 works ranging from the drama theater to the opera, from the films (some of which are legendary, like "Sense", "Rocco and His Brothers" or "The Leopard") to ballet. Videos, pictures and documents, including also previously unpublished material from the family archives, will be presented accompanied by recordings of musical pieces. |
